Webb12 maj 2024 · Five categories describing nurses’ required competence in EOL care in a health centre inpatient ward were identified: (1) ethics and courage in action, (2) support for the patient, (3) support for the family, (4) care planning and (5) physical care. Webbperformed, the Competency Framework sets out, in structured fashion, the key behaviours that people in the SCS need to demonstrate in their roles as leaders of the Civil Service. The framework contains the competences and behaviours that have been identified as critical for high performance (see below Section 4).
