Perform a Reset from Windows Settings. Reinstall by rebooting with installation media like a DVD or bootable USB drive. Reinstall from inside of Windows with installation media. Webyes, it seems it was a HUGE update issue on Windows 11. I have gone through many update failures and contacted microsoft support. For now, I cannot guarantee it works all good, but I can see the 3.5 framework in the list. To be honest, that was not a good initial approach to this OS, and I regret not checking the OS before buying this machine.
