WebLightweight aggregates serve the function of dimensionally stable aggregates with suitable density and water absorption and can be prepared from sludge through sintering processes (Huang et al., 2001 ). Huang and Wang (2013) manufactured these aggregates and investigated their structural and nonstructural properties.
