How to measure current in pspice
Web11 jun. 2024 · For instance, I've just measured the power dissipated by a resistor in a sim, and although the graphic is very telling, it's also full of "spikes" that are very hard to read just by looking at them. Even though the spikes can reach levels of up to 400W, I know that maybe that resistor is not dissipating more than just a watt or two, because ... http://denethor.wlu.ca/PSpice/pspice_tutorial.html

Current-sense amplifiers with integrated shunt resistors provide calibration equivalent measurement accuracy and low temperature drift performance while ensuring an optimized Kelvin layout for the sense resistor. These devices also enable high-accuracy current measurements at common-mode voltages above supply. Web29 aug. 2011 · So, I would like to measure the leakage current using SPICE (to be precise, I am using NGSPICE) for a CMOS NAND gate, or at least for a separate NMOS or PMOS. In order to do this, I took the BSIM4 model with all the parameters and made a simple circuit. Here is its listing (one NMOS):

The 'ground' is simply what it uses to reference all the voltage values, but you only need to look at the current it comes back with so it makes no difference for your purpose.
