WebSep 18, 2016 · Discussion Starter · #1 · Sep 17, 2016. Hi all, i have just purchased 2 new locos a Hornby T9 and a Drummond 700. I have fitted both with a Hattons direct plug 8 pin decoder. The 700 runs at a crawl on speed step one but the T9 is very jerky up to speed step 6.
