WebMay 18, 2016 · If you have been using it, then no, you won't have problems. Its not that uncommon for people to shoe horn a 27.5" wheel into a 26 fork or frame. just running a front wheel will slightly change the bikes geometry, but not enough to make a big difference.
WebIt'll be fine. Fox 27.5" forks are typically 10mm longer than the equivalent 26" fork so your new 140mm fork will be about 25mm longer than your old one. I put a 140mm X-Fusion fork on my 2012 Trance X which was ~23mm longer than the OEM 125mm fork and all the differences were positive.
